Phew…I didn’t know I can still find time to go shopping, go grocery marketing, attend Christmas eve’s mass and attend Christmas morning mass (because I am in the choir) and still cook and prepare the followings:
Salad with balsamic vinaigrette.
Kapitan curry chicken. I told hubby I need a HUGE chicken which I want to roast. I said the bird has to be at least 2kg. He came back with 2 small birds weighing 1 kg each. Doh. Accountant way of thinking. So I chopped them up and made curry.
Jamie Oliver style of lamb shank pie. Recipe for Jamie Oliver lamb shank pie perfect for Christmas party.
The sangria my sons made or rather concocted. I am going to jot down in another post what they added.
The dishes on the table. I cooked all of them at home and brought them to my sis’s house.
I hope everyone is having a great Christmas party now. (well it is almost over where I live)
